BUNGALOWS MOBILHOMES
• Pets are not allowed in the bungalows or mobile homes unless it is explicitly stated.
• The bungalows and mobile homes are available from 17:00 pm on the day of arrival.
• The bungalow or mobile home must be vacated before 12:00 am on the day of departure. It is important that the bungalow or mobile home is left in good conditions (throwing away trash. Plates and cutlery and the furniture in their original place).
PLOTS
• The plot is available from 13:00 pm on the day of arrival.
• The plot must be vacated before 12:00 am on the day of departure. The plot must be left in good condition (leave nothing lying on the plot or on the bushes).
• The maximum occupancy per plot is 6 people (including children / babies).
• A maximum of 2 pets (with a maximum of 20 kg per pet) is allowed per plot. Check conditions and supplements.
• The owners of dogs that have access to the facilities must prove on arrival that they have the current vaccination card and the mandatory chip. If this is not the case, this means a restriction on access to the facilities.
• The reservation of a plot guarantees the reservation of accommodation, never of a specific plot number. The plot is allocated once the check-in procedure has been completed.
GUARANTEE GUESTS WITH RESPECT TO THE RESORT
The resort can ask all guests (staying on site) a credit card to guarantee damage to the facilities or accommodation and inappropriate behavior.
PRE-BOOKING FOR THE NEXT SEASON
• To improve customer satisfaction, management makes it possible to make reservations for the following season, before the publication of the final rates. This fact assumes that the price of the rate used to calculate the reservation is always provisional. The publication of the final rates and the dates of the following season will be made public via the website. For the same reason, the price and the end date of your stay can be changed.
• The final calculation of the total price of the stay will be determined on the basis of the prices stated on the website.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
At the time of reservation, the customer has two rates with the following cancellation conditions:
1.Free cancellation
A deposit of 25% of the total is charged as a guarantee.
You can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel between 29 days and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, you will lose 100% of the deposit.
2. Non-refundable
The full price of the stay will be charged at the time of booking. Once the reservation has been made, there is no possibility to cancel or make changes.
PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
The percentage of the deposit for reservations is:
• 25% of the total of the stay in case a reservation with free cancellation
• 100% of the total of the stay in the case of a non-refundable reservation
The reservation of the accommodation is considered confirmed when the deposit has been made through the payment process indicated on the website or by the reservation department.
The final guaranteed price of your stay at the time of reservation relates to the information provided to the customer at the time of booking, any change by the customer from the dates of the reservation or of any element subject to a price may imply a modification of the final price of the stay.
The outstanding amount of the stay, as well as the extras or tourist tax (if applicable) must be paid at the reception upon arrival at the establishment concerned.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS OF YOUR RESERVATION
Any modification of a confirmed reservation must be requested in writing signed by the owner of the reservation that must be sent by email to reservas@marjalresorts.com.
The change, if possible, will be accepted in writing from the Reservation Center. This change will be arranged according to the reservation conditions of your rate. If the change entails a reduction in the value of the originally contracted stay, the price that applies for the changed dates is that in force at the time of the change. If the change entails an increase in the value of the stay due to an increase in days or a substantial change in the dates of entry and departure with a change in the rate, the price that will apply for the modified dates will be that in effect at the time of modification.
As soon as the booked stay at the campsite starts, checking out before the agreed dates does not entitle you to a discount or refund.
Every cancellation of your reservation is governed by the cancellation policy that was chosen at the time you made your reservation
Any cancellation of a reservation made by telephone must be made in writing by the holder of the reservation via the following email address: reservas@marjalresorts.com . If you have booked via our website www.marjalresorts.com, you must do the cancellation via the website in the field “my reservation”. In addition, along with the written request, you must attach a document that shows you are the owner of the account in which you wish to receive the refund if it comes in the following cases:
• Due to death, hospitalization of at least one night, illness or serious body accident
• Call for the client who makes the reservation as a party, witness or jury in any judicial proceeding or as a member of the electoral table of any electoral process at the state, autonomous or municipal level.
No refunds / discounts are given due to weather conditions.
The customer can leave the establishment in advance if he is staying at the camping area in the case of climate situations classified as warnings, without the obligation to pay the remainder of the contracted stay. In the case of rates subject to a minimum stay, the customer must pay the minimum agreed minimum period.
Any of the reasons for the cancellation of the stay must be duly justified by sending as many documents as possible to prove the situation stated by the client and must be sent to reservas@marjalresorts.com along with the cancellation request
• The delay on the day of arrival or early departure does not entitle you to discounts on the total price of the contracted reservation, nor to refunds.
• No discount or refund is given due to weather conditions.
OTROS
- Los ocupantes del alojamiento deberán registrarse al formalizar el contrato. La estancia es personal e intransferible. No se pueden hacer cambios de personas registradas a lo largo de la estancia contratada. La pulsera para identificar a los ocupantes del alojamiento es igualmente personal e intransferible.
- Las visitas de los clientes alojados deberán ir a Recepción acompañados por el titular de la reserva, para registrarse con la correspondiente documentación identificativa y abonar la tarifa de adulto o niño correspondiente al contrato firmado, siempre previa consulta sobre disponibilidad en la Recepción. El horario de visitas es de 09:00 a 00:00. No se permite un número superior de personas (incluidos niños o bebes) al indicado como capacidad máxima del alojamiento elegido. No se podrá recibir visita el día de salida del alojamiento.
- La visita da sólo acceso a la zona de acampada quedando excluido cualquier otro servicio del establecimiento. El acceso a piscina exterior queda sujeto a aforo y disponibilidad de esta y la Dirección del camping se reserva el derecho de cerrarla exclusivamente al cliente alojado en determinados periodos del año de máxima ocupación.
- La Dirección del Camping se reserva el derecho de admisión y cancelará el contrato a los clientes que no respeten la normativa interna del establecimiento, que falten a las elementales normas de convivencia social y educación, que no respeten los principios de la vida civilizada tal y como establece este Reglamento y Normativa Interna del establecimiento.
- Se recuerda la obligatoriedad de llevar la pulsera de identificación dentro del recinto en todo momento por tal de garantizar el control de los accesos. Esta identificación será requerida durante toda la estancia.

- La Dirección de Marjal Resorts no se hace responsable de la substracción de objetos de su propiedad que pueda eventualmente sufrir durante su estancia a nuestras instalaciones.
- La Dirección se reserva el derecho de modificar horarios durante la temporada, así como proceder al cierre de instalaciones por tareas de mantenimiento.
- La Dirección no se hará cargo de aquellos aparatos eléctricos o electrónicos propiedad del cliente que hayan sido dañados en las instalaciones.
- Durante su estancia, es posible que se lleven a cabo tratamientos fitosanitarios y plaguicidas bajo la protección de lucha integrada de plagas, por lo que toda la información estará disponible durante su estancia a través de las recepciones.
- La Dirección no se hará responsable de posibles incidentes que se puedan producir fruto de la mala praxis por parte de nuestros clientes, tales como circular por vías no habilitadas a tal efecto o utilizar elementos para usos diferentes a los que están concebidos, tales como elementos decorativos o elementos de seguridad.
- Con la aceptación de este contrato, el cliente se compromete a respetar la normativa del resort, constituyendo 1 falta grave /3 faltas leves causa suficiente para la resolución del contrato de alojamiento y abandono inmediato del resort sin derecho de indemnización alguna.
- El equipo de Marjal Resorts edita los contenidos de la web con la máxima diligencia posible, pero podría darse el caso que, por causas ajenas a la voluntad de la empresa, se produjera algún error tipográfico o que alguna o que algún dato o información no estuviera actualizado en el momento de ser consultada por el usuario. Por este motivo, la Dirección manifiesta que las referencias (imágenes y descripciones) a los productos y servicios, así como los precios y condiciones estipuladas, tienen una mera función orientativa; no tienen ningún contenido contractual y no son vinculantes hasta la confirmación expresa de la petición. Si algún usuario hubiera tomado la decisión de contratar basándose en una información errónea publicada en la web, la Dirección se lo comunicará y este tendrá el derecho a rescindir el contrato sin ningún coste por su parte.
El cliente, en el momento de hacer la pre-reserva, adquiere el compromiso de leer estas condiciones de reserva, siendo el pago de la reserva y del precio total de la estancia contratada, una señal de aceptación de las condiciones generales de contratacion de Marjal Resorts.
